A sports vision performance specialist with over two decades of experience training athletes and first responders. He blends visual, mental, and physical strategies to help performers slow the game down under pressure.

A former UFC fighter and performance coach known for his work in breathing, energy regulation, and competitive resilience. He helps performers develop composure, adaptability, and controlled aggression in high-stress environments.

A retired law enforcement officer and certified performance consultant who brings real-world experience to resilience training. He specializes in leadership, accountability, and navigating difficult conversations while strengthening team culture and trust.
